Dr. Pam Estes Brewer, professor of technical communication and director of the M.S. in Technical Communication Management program, has worked at Mercer for eight years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English, a master’s degree in English and professional writing, and a Ph.D. in technical communication and rhetoric.
